- Assisted in a loan recovery action in which the court awarded judgement together with interest and costs.
- Assisted in obtaining an injunction protecting an aesthetic company’s confidential business information, including customer records, business, and trade secrets, from ex-employees.
- Represented judgment creditors in enforcement proceedings concerning an outstanding judgment debt, resulting in an order for payment by instalments following a judgment debtor summons.
- Assisted a condominium management corporation in proceedings resolved through a consent judgment providing for payment by instalments without admission of liability.
- Assisted in litigation concerning redeemable preference share investments and in preparing proofs of debt in a creditors’ voluntary liquidation.
- Assisted a joint management body in resolving a property management services dispute allowing the client to pay the agreed judgment sum by monthly instalments.
- Assisted in successfully defending the President of Taekwondo Negeri Selangor in a High Court action involving allegations of defamation and conspiracy.
