Lim Si Qin is the founder of S Qin & Partners, where she leads the firm’s management, practice development and client service strategy.

Her current legal practice is focused on conveyancing, wills and estate planning, estate administration and distribution, as well as selected business matters. In these areas, she adopts a practical and detail-oriented approach, with particular emphasis on clear documentation, efficient execution and ensuring that clients understand the legal and practical implications of their arrangements.

Her role today also extends beyond the day-to-day conduct of individual matters. She is principally involved in the management and development of S Qin & Partners, including overseeing the firm’s operations, service standards, client relationships, internal processes and the coordination of matters across the firm.

In both her legal practice and management role, Si Qin places particular emphasis on understanding a client’s broader objectives, identifying issues at an early stage and ensuring that matters are managed efficiently, clearly and with appropriate regard to the practical and commercial realities involved. Earlier in her career, she also gained exposure to construction disputes, arbitration and criminal litigation, giving her a broad foundation across different areas of legal practice. As the firm continues to grow, Si Qin's focus is increasingly on building S Qin & Partners as an organization by developing its people, systems and capabilities, while maintaining the responsiveness and personal attention associated with a boutique practice.
